Found this article in Huff Post. Looks like GOP is waking up and IV should support this initiative. First time hearing "Legal Immigration" not being mixed with other "Types".:)

date: when your GC was approved (when I485 was approved). Place, usually you enter the name of service center that worked on your I485. For instance, Nebraska Service Center.
Hope this makes sense.

When my wife went to get her H-4 stamped, I gave her my original I-797. I think the applicant need to carry the original I-797 document with them for the interview...
Hope this helps...

Cuban-born Andres Alonso is the CEO of the Baltimore City Schools. Alonso graduated from Columbia University before going on to get a law degree and a doctorate in education at Harvard. Alonso was interviewed on NBC News last night about how federal stimulus money is helping to keep his school system running smoothly this year despite the economy. Alonso brings an interesting background to the job having worked for one of the top law firms in Washington, DC as well as a teacher in inner city Newark, New Jersey. I work in Philadelphia area. I have received a Job offer in NYC area which offers me a salary 70-80% more than what I earn now. Job responsibilities and descriptions are pretty much the same in new position.
I would like to run it by a good lawyer to make sure there would not be an issue with AC21 (I am well past 180 days now).
Can anyone recommend a good lawyer?
Thank you

Nikon is taking their time with this one, as they're taking their time with the WT-3 transmitter for the D200. I am interested, but by now I've invested a bit too heavily in a DNG-based workflow by converting everything to DNG and attaching IPTC metadata, to consider Capture NX as a serious contender for my workflow. Though, I do imagine that I'd use it for those rare times when I need a really high quality conversion for very large printing.
