For BOA, you can add your own Payee.
Under Payee tab > Search browse Payee List > Then on rightside see 'Pay anyone- Add your own Payee'. Select this add IV as a payee.

It is not a good idea to buy property in India now ( at high prices )
You can see a 30 to 40% decline in prices in coming months/ years.
Wait and buy.
As far as loan , go with SBI or LIC home loans - slow in processing , but you can save lot .

Will this for any reason impact the bills...to recapture visas.Just to prove its moving.
I am EB3 I -just frustrated...God knows how do things work out .

Started the GC process in late 2002.
Labor filed in Mar 2003 under EB3 category

This is really frustrating that all these pre-approved labors who applied recently in 2007 but with old PD like 2002/2003 will get the GC sooner than those who are struggling for this for years but their PDs are 2004/2005.

The link you have sent has listed Dirksen 224 as the venue on the top left, while in the middle it does say

Thank you, I'll keep everyone posted if anything changes.
I called USCIS customer service to ask for the attorney name on file and they said that they didn't have access to that information and I would have to get an Infopass appointment for that. Given the crap that ChanduV had to deal with (for changing jobs on AC21) during his infopass appointment, it is probably best I just wait to ask that question until my second biometric appointment is due in a few months.

Well - not every officer will deal with you in the same manner. It was my bad luck. I am sure, I might find someone helpful if I go again. So don't get intimidated and discouraged.

So you may get an answer "If your Attorney has filed for G 28 - then you don't have to worry". But you never know and can always give a try.

I agree looks like CIS is getting its act together. but with such a big jump in dates. We will see random approvals like May 2006 before July 2004 etc.
Is this big jump for EB2 due to overflow from other categories? Is this as a result of awareness around visa wastage?

i think the quality of education is not that big of a deal. both countries do well on their sides. it is the rewards associated with a certain type of education that is important...it just so happens that while people of our generation (mostly generation X) were studying management/law/finance in US, people in india were studying engineering/science and math...that being the rewarding career of choice for the masses in respective countries.
Indian people are doing well here as a community and will do well in years to come. this is because they saw opportunity and freedom as they never saw before in this country...they wanted to make the best of it and couldnt wait to do an excellent job and in turn reap rewards of honest hard work.
Unfortunately due to the protectionist business environment before 1992, before Manmohan Singh then finance minister open the economy for free trade the economy couldnt generate sufficient opportunities for the masses. that is the reason why people took great efforts to immigrate to US and achieve great success.
what we see today in India are the good effects of free trade policies which started in 1992. It took almost a decade to see them conspicuously. i am so happy that India now offers promising careers to its engineers that were very scarce 15-20 years ago.

In this case March 9th.
Also another interesting titbit I found was VB moves only by dates
1st
8th
15th and
22nd
When the VB is 1st Feb 05 it covers dates 1st to 7th , when it is 8th 8th to 14th and so on.

I dont want another flurry of emails by explaining no-nonsense "conspiracy theory" behind all this (Hint - The day CIR failed , AILF came up with this 95%-98% truth in their websites and the day 2nd CIR resurrection attempt was being discussed is June 13th which is the July Bulletin release Date)
Our only option is to expose USCIS wrongdoings ( I mean all Kind of Wrongdoings ) via Media and at the end of the day show your GUTS to support AILA lawsuit by providing our real names etc... ( incase they need)
Nothing else is going to help.
We didn't do anything wrong , so lets fight for Justice.
They are not coming clean on this...first they said they used up 60K visas, now they are saying they worked over wkend to use 25K VISAS... Its a big scandal....Just to prevent us from filing...

I, for one, am happy with this Oct visa bulletin. This is how it should be. First give GCs to all those with < 2003 PD. You guys with 2006 and 2007 pd should be glad you even got to file I-485 and EAD. What are you bitching about?.

I never give any red or green dot to anybody nor do I care what I have. As, you said what you felt was right, other users did the same to you...
I got red dots, just because I raised my concerns against factual errors in the letter. I have never mentioned that I am against sending letters. Just that emotional outburst is not going to help EB-3 India applicants.
